Symptoms

Metadata changes have been made to multiple entities, accounts, and customs, but the the metadata load diff file is not showing all updates as expected.  The extract from Task Audit does not show all changes:




 

However, metadata is loaded and changes are visible in application:

 

 

Changes

The Metadata Load has an ampersand character ('&') in the Member Label.  An example using the sample application Comma, Adding new alternate hierarchy "For & Test" to metadata file:
