Symptoms
You have the latest OBIEE Bundle Patch applied and have made sure that the setting in the OBIPS component configuration (instanceconfig.xml) is set to display charts using HTML5.
Still some charts are not showing and this message is displayed for them:
"Adobe Flash Player Is Blocked"
