OAS Timeseries Functions Performance Is Slow Against Snowflake Datasource (Doc ID 2738279.1)

Performance issues are seen on Timeseries functions against a Snowflake data source, when compared to an Oracle data source. Both tests were performed on the same server with the same amount of memory.

Steps To Replicate: 

• Log in to the RPD and create connection for Snowflake  and Oracle DB.
• Create the columns from analysis using the time series function on both the DB's.
• Observe that the performance issues are seen on Snowflake data source.
