OAS Unable To Login To EM (Doc ID 2738348.1)

Symptoms

After the OAS domain configuration, you are able to login WebLogic Admin Console, Analytics, and BI Publisher. However, for the EM, nothing happen when you clicked "sign in" with valid user name and password.
