EXEC_TABLE_MAINT_PROC Fails In Full Load Due To ODI-17517

Symptoms
While running a load for the first time in 11.1.1.10.3, Domain load runs successfully but the full load fails with an Error within Source Extract Phase --> General --> General SIL --> Parallel --> 3 SIL General --> Initialize General --> Initialize: W_EXCH_RATE_G
The below error is seen for the corresponding session.
[CDATA[ODI-1217: Session EXEC_TABLE_MAINT_PROC (6198) fails with return code 7000.
ODI-1226: Step TABLE_MAINT_PROC fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure TABLE_MAINT_PROC execution fails.
Caused By: com.sunopsis.tools.core.exception.SnpsSimpleMessageException: ODI-17517: Error during task interpretation.
