Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.4.350 version, Configuration/Administration

When attempting to login to DRM application, it fails..

ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred while trying to login.

"Invalid password or user does not exist."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access DRM web client
2. Enter the user name as Admin and password
3. It fails with above error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is Dev environment. Development is currently running and we need DRM to work.
