EPM Reporting & Analysis Agent Does Not Start Up With Error "Hyperion Reporting and Analysis - System 9 Platform error: null" (Doc ID 2740817.1)

Symptoms

After logging into EPM workspace, the following error messages are displayed -

The startup document specified does not exist in the repository

An error occurred processing the result from the server.
Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'cds.explorer'.

The required application module 'cds.explorer' is not configured.
The required application module cds.prefsdialog.explorer is not configured etc


Error in stdout_console_RAF_AGENT_MODULE.log -
Hyperion Reporting and Analysis - System 9 Platform error: null.
