Symptoms
Following Note 233047.1 and Note 1638346.1 to install/patches applied/setup for JRE 1.8.0_271 on our EBS instance EPDEV R12.1.3
After login EBS and invoke Discoverer plus (11.1.1.7.0), receive a blank screen.
