Symptoms
Creation of export bundle on OBIEE 11g instance in order to migrate the metadata to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) fails with below error:
Export failed: oracle.security.jps.service.idstore.IdentityStoreException: JPS-02600: libOvd required system parameter of "common.components.home" is not supplied in the JVM command line
