OBIS Crashes on Solaris SPARC64 due to the Syntax Error in Column Formula (Doc ID 2749674.1)

Symptoms

On : OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0, Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 11.3

OBIS crashes when editing column formula.

Edit a column formula with inserting 3 single quotes -- or this -- ''' after the name of the column like
the below:

 click OK and the Formula syntax error returns which is expected:

Formula syntax is invalid.
[nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
[nQSError: 12010] Communication error connecting to remote end point: address = solaris; port = 9514. (HY000)
SQL Issued: SELECT Time.Calendar Date FROM Sample Sales Lite


But OBIS process should not be crashed; The following is reported in obis1.out.
