Essbase Version 11.2.4 on Linux Fails To Start After Clustering Configuration (Doc ID 2750782.1)

Symptoms

Essbase on Linux fails to start after configuring Active/Passive Clustering.  

The following is the main error seen in the leasemanager_essbase.log.  It is using ODBC Driver 7.1 to connect when the latest version has shipped with 8.0 drivers.
