Error Accessing EPMA Library: "Invalid Or Could Not Find Module Configuration 'awb.appmanager'" (Doc ID 2754592.1)

Symptoms

Users are getting the following error while accessing the EPMA Library through Workspace: "Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration 'awb.appmanager'. Error: The required application module 'awb.appmanager' is not configured...Status: 503 - Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Additionally, users might see: "No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."
