"Print To PDF Icon" Greyed Out For Financial Reporting (FR) Reports In Internet Explorer (IE) (Doc ID 2755399.1)

Symptoms

After connecting to Workspace in IE 11 (in the Explore Repository module), when previewing an FR report in PDF format, the option to print is unavailable.  Users can save the report to their desktop and then print, but printing directly cannot be done.

Changes

A Windows 10 update was recently applied on the affected machines.
