Symptoms
You have downloaded the Oracle Analytics Desktop 5.9.0 from OTN.
The software installs fine; however, when you launch the OAD it fails to start and shows a blank white screen.
Log shows:
WARN:oejs.HttpChannel: xxxxxxxxx : javax.servlet.ServletException: org.glassfish.jersey.server.ContainerException: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no JavaAccessBridge-64 in java.library.path
at org.glassfish.jersey.servlet.WebComponent.serviceImpl(WebComponent.java:408)
Caused by:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no JavaAccessBridge-64 in java.library.path
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1867)
at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:870)
