Planning: Calc Manager Still Looking For Adobe Flash After Patching To 11.1.2.4.014 (Doc ID 2756823.1)

Symptoms

Patched up Planning to 11.1.2.4.010 and Calculation Manager to 11.1.2.4.011 to eliminate the dependencies of EPM 11.1.2.4 on Adobe Flash content. However, when certain users try to access any graphical content, for rules or templates, getting messages in all supported browsers where it says "plugin not supported". This is tested in all the browsers. After clearing out the cache and tmp files from Calc Mgr, on the servers, and restart and certain users access the graphical content, it works fine, then when these other users access it, it no longer works for anyone. All users will end up seeing the message again which will end up clearing the cache and tmp folders again from the servers.
