Symptoms

 All agents, both scheduled and run immediately agents are failing with error

Global Error: [nQSError: 82111] All of the configured presentation servers (obieexxxxx:0:9504, obieexxxxxx:0:9507) are unavailable. ...Trying main loop again.... Sleeping for 8 seconds.Global Error: [nQSError: 82111] All of the configured presentation servers (obieexxxxx:0:9504, obieexxxxxx:0:9507) are unavailable. Terminal Error: Exceeded number of retries.
