Symptoms

OBIA 10.3 Fresh Install - Error on 'Enabling Initialization Blocks' Steps

While performing this step 'Enabling Initialization Blocks' : https://docs.oracle.com/applications/biapps103/install/GUID-4FA13E89-2240-469D-A3A4-C9D122B444FE.htm#BIAIN24723

The command java -classpath ManageInitBlock.jar oracle.apps.biarpdutil.ManageInitBlock >log.txt

Getting the following error:

Updating RPD.....
Executing biserverxmlexec -I RPDInput.xml -B OracleBIApps.rpd -P XYZABC -O Output_RPD.rpd
Error Message : biserverxmlexec: error while loading shared libraries: libnqsclusterapi64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
ExecuteRPDXML method failed
Exiting Program

Changes

 The cause of the issue was the environment variable and PATH variable was not setup correctly. The java command was not able to find nqinit.sh file.
