On OBIEE 11g/12c, BI Server Cache was enabled/disabled using Fusion Middleware control (EM).

Also, Modifying cache setting in NQSConfig.INI works to enable/disable BI Server cache.

However, on Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), this option in EM or NQSConfig.INI setting is not working as in OBIEE 11g/12c.
