When BI Server cache is disabled, there is difference between OBIEE 12c and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) while exporting to CSV.

On 12c, BI Presentation service cache will be hit and physical query will not re-run on the database.

On OAS, BI Presentation service cache will NOT be hit and physical query will re-run on the database.
