Symptoms

When opening an HFM Application from Workspace, an error is thrown: "Unable to find datasource for the application on the Server".  Additional errors may be seen in logs: "XDS: Thrift exception thrown in Management API..Retrying".  Even after HFM services have been stopped, the errors persist.
