Restart Of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Services Cause Groups To Lose Security Access (Doc ID 2765829.1)

Symptoms

In an EPM 11.2.4 environment, admin manually assigns folders and reports access permissions to groups (native and external). Initially, users belonging to these groups were able to access folders and Financial Report (FR) reports from Workspace Explore. However, after restart of EPM services, when these same users login to Workspace, the folders and FR reports are missing from Explore.   

Only admin can access these folders and FR reports from Workspace Explore.  In addition, the Edit Permission window for these folders and reports display the SID (security identifier) instead of the actual group name under Name column.
