FDMEE : Batch Job Fails With An Error "HTTPError: HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable" (Doc ID 2766737.1)

Symptoms

While running the batch job, it fails with the HTTPERROR.
Direct data load rule works fine, However, it fails with batch load after 2 minutes.
