Unable to Launch Financial Reporting (FR) Web Studio (Doc ID 2766786.1)

FR Web Studio will not launch.

The following error is found in FRLogging.log:

"Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.awt.X11GraphicsEnvironment".

A graphical environment (X11 Windowing system) was enabled on the FR server.
