OBIA 11g: Purchasing Category Hierarchy Name Is Not Shown Correctly

Purchasing category hierarchy name description column which not showing correctly in the reports.
A tech-note: tech-note Instruction_Document_Bug_32254736_1_.docx was applied on SIL_APINVOICEDISTRIBUTIONFACT mapping to handle duplicate rows, that is in source PS_ITM_CAT_TBL whenever a new row created with the existing rows setid, category type, category_cd, category_id, descr60 and with different effdt there were issue in AP Invoice distribution mapping. The fix applied was to pull only current_flg = 'Y' records. With this fix when a new row created with the existing rows setid, category type, category_cd, category_id and with different effdt & descr60, yet not seeing descr60 correctly.
After the incremental load what was analyzed was the transaction amount related the category id was populated correctly whereas the description was showing older description not the new one.
