Symptoms
Unable to successfully create a Planning application. Upon checking the Planinng_Webapp.log file, it shows the following exceptions:
Application not created
com.hyperion.planning.HspException: Application is created successfully, but there occurred an error while registering custom-defined functions.
com.hyperion.planning.olap.EssbaseBrokenConnectionException: Network Error [%s]: Unable To Connect To [%s]. The client timed out waiting to connect to the Essbase Agent using TCP/IP. Check your network connections. (1042006)
