Blank Value In The 11.2.3 Environment And 0 Value In The 11.1.2.4 Environment During Export Expecting Default Value

Symptoms
Recently upgraded from DRM 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.3. I performed an export and I got a blank value in the 11.2.3 environment and 0 value in the 11.1.2.4 environment, the expected value is zero. Checked the property value of the account in the version and it is blank in both the 11.2.3 and 11.1.2.4 environments. Manually added the the 0 value in the account property in the version and was able to export the zero value in the 11.2.3 environment.
