On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Analytics

Agent fails when application role mapped to Open LDAP group, set as recipient.

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Error retrieving user/group data from Oracle BI Server's User Population API.
