Symptoms

After completing a fresh install of EPM 11.2.4 on Linux RHEL 7, the following error is seen in the Managed Server logs when starting up services and all the WebLogic webapps do not start -

<JPS-04080> <Scanning of system policy failed. Reason oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreException: JPS-10702: The datasource jdbc/OpssDataSource is not found.>

 

The following error is seen in wlst_debug.log -
