Logging to ODI Console failed with Error "ODI-3276: No valid repository alias is found" (Doc ID 2777559.1)

Symptoms

After installation of FDMEE 11.2.4, User is unable to login to ODI console.

Getting two errors:

1. Getting error message on the login pages of ODI console
  Error: ODI-3276: No valid repository alias is found. Click on management link on top right corner to create one.

2. Then when  created Master repository from management link, newly created master repository is not visible on Management screen and when user click on refresh button they are  getting an error message.
