Symptoms

99% CPU Usage on Hyperion Application Server causing Hyperion Workspace Authentication to hang and preventing opening of Hyperion Financial Reporting and Planning forms. 99% CPU Usage caused by HsJavaService2 Oracle Hyperion Provider Services Java Web Application processes on Hyperion Application Server.

Requires re-start of Hyperion server and services to resolve 99% CPU Usage.
