Essbase: Unable To Reset Properties To Default Values Option using the 'Delete when field is empty' Option in a Dimension Build Load Rule (Doc ID 2781310.1)

Last updated on JUNE 02, 2021

Applies to:

Hyperion Essbase - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Setting the option 'Delete when field is empty' in a Dimension Build Load Rule is not deleting or resetting the property type to a default setting for the Two-Pass, Consolidation Sign, Data Storage Type, Skip Option properties.  For example, the TwoPassCalc field in the source file is null. Members are not being reset from True to False during the dimension build.

This issue is affecting the following properties:
- Two Pass Calc
- Time Balance
- Skip Value
- Variance Reporting Expense
