User sees an error when running a business rule, it started after the environment was migrated to Planning 11.2.4 .

Getting the below error while running a business rule with RUNJAVA command in the rule.

Command: "RUNJAVA com.oracle.essbase.cdf.SendMail"

Error: "Error Detected While Attempting To Run Job"

The business rule runs fine if the above command is commented out.
