Symptoms

On 11.1.2.4.714 after installing Weblogic patch and upgrading java to 7 RA Framework agent service in workspace > Navigate > Administer > Reporting Settings shows red not green.

But in RAFramework log files no error message and all functionality works fine.

It's only UI issue

Changes

 Weblogic latest critical patches and updating java from 6 to 7
