Smart View: 'Invalid pointer' Error when Submitting or Retrieving Data (Doc ID 2786109.1)

Symptoms

When submitting data or retrieving data on a large sheet and takes a long time fails with an "Invalid Pointer" error. Refreshing the sheet again will fail with the error "Concurrent requests on the same session are not allowed. Wait till the previous request completes processing or kill the request".
