OAS 5.9: Error Connecting to Online Catalog With Catalog Manager Client Tool (Doc ID 2786421.1)

Symptoms

OAS Server is SSL configured.

Imported Root and Intermediate server certificates to [Client Install]bi\modules\oracle.bi.publictrust\java\cacerts

Able to connect online catalog using OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 Catalog Manager client tool.

Able to import and upload RPD using same cacerts.

 

Connect to online catalog in OAS 5.9 Catalog Manager client tool.

Catalog manager login URL: https://host:ssl_port/analytics-ws/saw.dll

ERROR:

!ENTRY com.siebel.analytics.web.catalogmanager 
!MESSAGE Unable to connect to OracleBI Presentation Server.
Please check if Presentation Server/WebServer is running and URL is correctly typed http://<host>:<port>/analytics-ws
2 counts of InaccessibleWSDLException.
