Error message "Application DOCREP:DocRepApp not found in system. Provide valid application id to provision user/group" after configuration and EXPLORER menu doesn't appears on Workspace (Doc ID 2789662.1)

Symptoms

After configuration of EPM of 11.2.x, the EXPLORER menu doesn't appears on Workspace

After installing and configured EPM 11.2.x (for example, Planning, FR, FDMEE, Essbase) without any issues on the confing tool, the menu "EXPLORER" doesn't appears on Workspace.  Functionality associated with Financial Reporting (document repository, roles etc.) are not available in Shared Services (HSS).

During the initial configuration the "SharedServices_CMSClient.log" show the error message:

USER. Application DOCREP:DocRepApp not found in system. Provide valid application id to provision user/group.

 11.2.x was installed and configured
