Database Time And Application Time Are Not In Sync In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2791159.1)

The database time and application time are not in sync. Added the timezone tags as mentioned in the document - OBIEE 12c: Date Time Filter Value In Analysis Gets Adjusted To User Time Zone Preferences (Doc ID 2232048.1), the issue still persists.

For example, the date/time is shown as 31-MAY-21 00:00:00 in the database but it appears as 30-MAY-2021 07:00:00 PM in analytics.
