You are following the steps from the following note:
Note:2227845.1 - How To Change Repository(RPD) Connection Pool Password Using The Command-Line Utility
to change the password for the Repository(RPD) Connection Pool using the datamodel.sh or updateConnectionpool command-line utilities.
Example:
After successfully changing the password and attempting to run operations against the database, the following errors are encountered:
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43093. [nQSError: 43093] An error occurred while processing the EXECUTE PHYSICAL statement. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 17001. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 1005, message: ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied at OCI call OCISessionBegin. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 17014. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. (HY000)
