Hyperion EPMA: Get Error: "HTTP Transport Error: Javax.xml.soap.SOAPException" When Trying To Open The Dimension Library or Application Library (Doc ID 2795325.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open either the Dimension Library or Application Library, the following error occurs.

;nested exception is:
HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:Message send failed:Connection refused: connect
Code: java.rmi.RemoteException
Description: An error occurred processing the result from the server
Actor: None


Changes

The "ohs_component" in Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/epmsystem1/httpConfig/ohs/diagnostics/logs/OHS/ folder was renamed at some point as a way of clearing logs and did not get recreated.
