Map Visual Shows Data For Incorrect Geographic Key In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2795649.1)

Symptoms

In Data Visualization, Map layer data populating incorrectly showing data for un-matched geography keys.
Map suggestion matching not performing a strict 1-to-1 matching of data with geometry keys.

Following screenshot explaining the issue.
For the below example the map layer keys are: East, Central, New Delhi, North, North East, North West, Shahdara, South West, West, South ,South East
Hover over the greyed out area in the report, the Name says “South” and “South East” with no value for “Fact_Column” which is the expected behavior as there is no map key as “SouthEasthhhhhhh” or “Southttttt”

But in the report below “South East” is greyed out with no “Fact_Column” which is correct but it can be observed that “South Easthhhhhhh” is populated with “Fact_Column” as 110 which is wrong.
Ideally, the area for which the value is populating is for “South” and it should have been empty as shown in the earlier screenshot
