AutoComplete Making Dashboard Prompts Appear Incorrectly In German Locale (Doc ID 2800073.1)

Symptoms

On opening dashboards, the prompt is shown, but all dependent fields are shown as blank, instead of "All Column Values" or "Select Value" in German locale. The incorrect behavior can also be observed when editing the prompt from the dashboard layout.

Editing prompt in German locale shows blank for all fields as shown in picture below:

In English the prompts appear normally when editing as shown below:

 Upgraded from OBIEE 12.2.1.4 to OAS 5.5
