Values in small graph segments do not display in OAS as they had in OBIEE 12c (Doc ID 2804059.1)

Symptoms



Since upgrading to OAS, the graph formatting is cutting off small values in graphs,such as stacked bar graph and pie charts

In OBIEE 12c, for graphs with small segments the values would display.

In OAS now the larger segments display their value but the smaller ones do not.
