Hyperion Planning: Cannot Update Data In The Planning Web Form (Doc ID 2804482.1)

Symptoms

The Planning application has been migrated from Planning 11.1.2.4 to Planning 11.2.5. Post migration, we are not able to enter data in planning web form. The Smart List in Planning web form do not show a drop down. The cells are writeable and "white".

We are able to enter data using Smart View in the same intersection without any issues.
