Symptoms
SDE_FUSION_11_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_WORKFORCEEVENTFACT fails with the below error after a disruption with connection to the database.
ODI-1228: Task SDE_FUSION_WorkforceEventFact.W_WRKFC_EVT_FS (Integration) fails on the target ORACLE connection BIAPPS_DW.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20942: Error while finding/removing duplicates for these key columns :INTEGRATION_ID,DATASOURCE_NUM_ID => ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
