Symptoms

When duplicating or registering HFM application under Consolidation Administration, the process fails to complete the task. Below error can be found in oracle-epm-fm-hsx-registry.log.

ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment HYPHSSD.SYS_LOB0000089392C00003$$ by 64 in tablespace HYPHSS_DATA
