User encounters the error below, when opening a form after moving to 11.2.3,

"An error occurred while processing the page"

The system is upgraded from 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.3. There is no issue with the form in 11.1.2.4.

After disabling suppress missing rows option, user was able to access the form.
