Symptoms

When trying to delete or rename an Agent using the Chrome/Edge web browser, the following error is thrown:

Sax parser returned an exception.
Message: attribute 'xmlns' is already specified for element 'deleteIBot', Entity publicId: , Entity systemId: , Line number: 1, Column number: 129
