Agent configured to send HTML as attachment sends .mht file and imgages are not displaying when opened (Doc ID 2814010.1)

Agent is configured to send HTML as attachment. However, in the email agent is delivering .mht file rather than .html as specified

Opening the attachment shows data but any graphs are not displaying.

Sending as PDF attachment is no problem however.
