Symptoms
Export Analysis Report to Excel Shows Mixed English-French Format.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the the desired Language to French Canadian.
Click File > Options > Language. In the Set the Office Language Preferences dialog box, under Choose Display and Help Languages, choose the language that you want to use, and then select Set as Default.
2. Follow steps from (Doc ID 2479556.1), to change default language.
3. Create a report in Analytics and export to Excel.
4. Report shows mixed formatting like the following example (comma's are correct but $ symbol is English location):
