On : 11.2.3.0.000 version, Integration

Unable to perform Refresh member from FDMEE

The Refresh Members functionality is failing when executing from on-premises FDMEE. Data Management within EPBCS test reports that the Refresh Members finishes successfully but the FDMEE on-premises fails with the message:
